DaVinci Center for Creative Arts (DCCA)

DaVinci Center for Creative Arts originated with its own well researched and developed Whole Art Approach^TM, an accelerated learning approach that has it’s greatest affect on younger students ages 3 -6. Students are nurtured and immersed in their lessons, much the same way that they learn their spoken language at home. The application of this approach to an eclectic mix of classes- music, abacus, martial arts, and dance- provides each student with optimum learning through the integration of key elements that the brain uses to integrate right and left brain hemispheres. Research has shown that the flow of communication between both hemispheres is far more developed in those who have studied piano. The DaVinci Center has found that when combining that research and effect, with spatial reasoning of using the abacus for math concepts, and the gross motor input and complexes of martial arts movements and dance patterns, all taught in a nurturing family friendly environment with creativity encouraged and honored, it is the most concentrated, fun, and diverse learning experience a student can have.The goal is to nurture the born artist in all of us, with attention to the creative process and development of each student growing into a fine and caring human being.

At the DaVinci Center our programs stand alone or in combination to meet each families needs. Our music classes for all levels (beginner to conservatory) offer instruction for piano, violin, guitar, vocal, and drums. The DaVinci Center is also home to our community partners: Ascential Dance Theatre Company, offering artistic studies in Dance (both classical and contemporary), Full Circle Martial Arts (instructing the art of Tae Kwon Do), and Aura Kidz Abacus Math (offering innovative studies in all mathematical calculations). When the Whole Art Approach is applied to each of our diverse programs the experience is a natural, holistic experience giving the student a multidimensional, multisensory education.

The DaVinci Center has programs for ages, 2 & 1/2 to Adult. Our focus at DCCA is to nurture the born artist in all of us, through the caring attention to detail within the creative process. Technique and form are essentials of all of our programs, with a strong emphasis on integrating the creative aspect of each art form.
